...BUT WHO MADE GOD?

For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
Romans 1:20‭-‬21 ESV

¶God is eternal. We see His mark upon the kosmos. He made it possible for us, from within the bounds of space and time, to infer His presence from His imprint upon creation, but He exists outside of it. The entire process of creation by which all things are formed and made exists because of Him. He created creation. He made the making. Not only that but the entire process is sustained "by the word of His power".
