WHO IS THIS ONE?

He says: "It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel; I will make you as a light for the nations, that my salvation may reach to the end of the earth."
Isaiah 49:6 ESV


¶On what basis can a people raise and restore themselves to their place before God without an advocate? Is there any servant raised up from among them worthy to offer a sacrifice sufficiently holy and effective enough to extend not only to themselves, but to all nations, and across all time to include even you and me?
