By steadfast love and faithfulness iniquity is atoned for, and by the fear of the Lord one turns away from evil.
Proverbs 16:6 ESV

¶Every provision for sin contained in the testaments both new and old is a manifestation of His covenant love and faithfulness. They flow from His nature, delivered to us not only by what He said, but what He did. This is the light that guides our path to holiness, and to God.
