AT HOME IN GOD' HOUSE

Even the sparrow finds a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, at your altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God. Blessed are those who dwell in your house, ever singing your praise!
Psalm 84:3‭-‬4 ESV

¶What a joy it must have been for the worshipper to dwell for a moment in the vastness of the temple and see even the sparrow making its nest in a niche of it, and contemplate how like we are in our creaturliness, yet how distant we are in our fallenness.
