THE SAINTS CAN'T SAVE YOU

Even if these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they would deliver but their own lives by their righteousness, declares the Lord God.

¶The righteousness of God cannot be bestowed upon another, borrowed, or bought from someone else. What is required of the sinner is that he die. Then we can be delivered by the power of the resurrection, 
 
"In order that I may gain Christ, to be found in him, 
not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, 
but that which comes through faith in Christ, 
the righteousness from God that depends on faith" 
(Philippians 3:9).
